Govinda Hare Gopala Hare is a Krishna Kirtan, in Yoga Vidya Kirtanheft the no. 182. Here is the text to sing along:

Govinda Hare Gopāla Hare
Hey Prabhu Deena Dayala Hare

Here, in this Satsang Inclusion of a contribution of newly graduated yoga teachers at Yoga Vidya in Bad Meinberg, Krishna is called Prabhu Deena Dayala. Deena means "dejected". And Dayala means "full of compassion". Krishna is Deena Dayala, he is full of compassion for all who are dejected. Krishna is also Govinda and Gopala, he protects us. Govinda is a good shepherd, Gopala, he protects all beings. And Hare means "the one who is full of love", "the one who draws the hearts of all to himself". So if you are not well, then you can repeat this Mantra and you can make yourself aware that God is there for you, God protects you, God shines light on you, God will always help you.
